YES, definitely go with S15 front if you get this conversion, it looks WAY better, and is better suited looks wise for Civics and other non Nissan cars.

I'd try to hook you up since I'm in Japan, but you'd probably have a much easier time getting them than me. Also, have you heard of an Anchor Autobody in Stockton?
I'm not sure where those first cars are from, but I do know that the best place to get those kits from is So Cal. My friend was looking into getting one for his car, and he was going to go down to So Cal to J&S to get it (he has since changed his mind just to go with a kit). The only thing is, if you wanted the CF hood, it had to be specially made and shipped in--taking a few months to do it.
lol Yeah, I think after the arranging and all, the hastle would be less just trying to get it here. Thanks though. Besides, I'm gonna wait a little bit to think about it.

And I haven't heard of Anchor Autobody, are they good? I'm actually looking for a good paint shop somewhere up here at the moment as well.

Yeah, I'm definately liking that S15 better, good lookin out, iLLuCiv99.

I've heard Anchor is pretty good. Yeah, J&S likes to do that conversion I guess. They've done some pretty tight cars
but man for NoCal, Gridline is reppin pretty hard
wish I knew some more shops for you in NoCal, but all the main body shops are in SoCal

Yep *sigh*
Yet another reason why I wanna move back down there.
I hear that there's some good shops over in Frisco, but I don't know where they are or anything. There is one in my town actually that does a decent job, and I've seen a few conversions that they've done, but they're not a 'specialty' shop for doing stuff like that. They also handle insurance claims and do painting on anything and such. They're a bit pricey too. I'll have to check up on Anchor. Stockton isn't too far away--definately closer than So Cal.

People need to open up some more shops up here!!

haha
I swear when and if it happens, I'll be setting up camp in my garage, 'cause I'll never be leaving her side after she looks that good.

I hope I get it too. It just means I gotta start putting more $$ into the 'big project' fund.

I don't think you'll drool too much, considering you live halfway across the country from me, and I doubt you'll see me very often.

But I'd be sure to post as many pics of it as many times as I could all the time for you all to see. :hehe:

I DID get new rims recent;y though, Rota Circuit 8's. They look really good on there, all I need now is a good drop, and my car will be goot to go on the outside at least. I have pics of my new rims and how they look if you go to my website in the link below in my sig, and then go to my "pics" section.

i took some pics of it the other day. its not painted yet but i think the lip looks great! i mean its like the lip makes all the diference! i wish it was the real mugen lip but hey i am not complaining it still looks hella sweet i am working on getting si wheels and lowering it next. i dun know which rear lip im going to get maybe type w. but mad thanks to my bf he bought the lip for me as a surprise. i just installed it and ive got to get it painted

Hmmm. Are there any kind of headlights like that that are just one piece for the 5th gen civic hatch?

I can recommend a shop for you, JT Autostyle, but that would require a little trip and stay down here in So. Cali. They hooked up my friend Nichole's Teg real nice with her JDM ITR front conversion on her 4dr '95 Integra, and the pearl white paint she got it sprayed in.

Well thank you, Ashley. Sounds like (since I can't see it ) your car is coming along quite nicely as well.

My current goal for my car, is to make it a show worthy SCCA auto-x/road racing racer car. That's what I want to do with it. I'm currently saving for a set of Tein "SS" adjustable shocks/springs so I can lower it, but also so my car can handle slalam courses and the curves required in auto-x'ing. Ehat are your goals for your car right now, out of curiousity? Show, racing, or just driving and looking good?

Sweet. So how far away from you is that shop, Matt? I mean, if I'm spending the $$ on doing it, I might as well take a vacation while I'm at it. I really doubt that anyone up here would be willing/good enough to do it, so I was planning on having to end up getting it done down in So Cal anyways.
