Myself, I have the v6 because of gas and insurance... but I guess it's just a NJ thing 3 of the fastest v6s are here and I know two of them... theres a damn bug biting me to kill some v8's with my 6

THis post is definately a troll BTW. Besides fromt he fact that no z28 was a v6 and the 3.4 was only 93-95 (ys there was an m5 offered on all v6's 93-02)... anyone see how he wants the "larger diameter downpipe" and how the wieght reduction takes nothing off the front of the car where it matters the most? None of the other crap adds up too... you should just give me the 15 grand and I'll spend it on my 97

i just got the car and those were the specs that the previous owner gave me and i half way believed him, but the thing was dirt cheap and looked decent enough. plus i don't know much about camaro’s and the list was something that a friend suggested. he said it couldn't be done and if so, he would still burn me in his ricer. also i like sixers, not too keen on v8's and the $15K i've been saving up on since like i was 10 yrs old. sorry if the list sounds like something from a video game, but I got help whether it was legit help or not.

man u need to find out what u own before we can help u. if its a v6 car when u look at the engine it should say on it as big as day 3800 series 2. that will be (series 11) not eleven but to romen numeral ones.if it dont say that than its a v8. it sure aint a 3.4, even if it was wrecked and replaced with a new engine, the front ends are different the 3.4 wont go in there without alot of fabrication. as for that list of mods, take 5 or 6 grand out of what u have, and buy u a crate ls something and 6 speed tranny, hell from there all u will need is some head work, a cam, new exhaust, and a power adder like a blower and u are in there. hell i didnt even spend that much on moding out my 6 and i did alot, hell my ls6 swap wont cost me that much.

well, i apologize if you are legit, we just get alot of people "trolls" who come in and make bogus threads just to be pricks, and alot of times they will have a car thats all mixed up like the one you described and ask how to modify it.

Write down your VIN number, and post it here, and maybe we can get a better idea of what we are dealing with. specifically the 8th digit of the VIN will tell us what engine you have. we can also tell what year the car is, and if someone wants to run to the dealership the parts counter can print up a spid sheet with all your optios listed on it. thats probly the best way to go. Write down your VIN, go to the dealership, have them print up the sheet, and then post back with your year, engine, and transmission, also check your spid codes for the code G80, which would determine if you had positraction or not.
