2003 Silver SR5---6 disk cd changer in dash, dvd in the headrests....every possible extra except leather and sunroof. LOVe it!!!

I bought a used 2002 limited.
My compressor stopped working this summer. I think it was already non functional when I bought it. The dealer says it was working fine.
The car was certified. He states that he did do the checks as required to make it certified but he will not give me a copy of the work inspected.
What should I do?
The car is great. I just installed eclipse avn5435 navigation, sirius sat . radio and rearview camera.Also added wood dash. The looks awesome and it works, drives and manouvres great. The V8 is just stellar.
Very family friendly car.
