The plates are blanked for obvious reasons. I have a pic of the DB9, but it was taken on my sons digital, and its 6.2 million pixels so won't load up!?! I also have a pic of my previous Zircon Green Merc S500 that I rolled. That was the car I had while I was waiting for the S600, after I sent the 745i back.









I retired from Automotive Retail. I was the Franchisee for Stillmans Mercedes, based in the Midlands. But it has since been taken over by the Drayton Group. We were also the first dealer to stock Smart Cars in the UK, and I owned one of only 3 Mercedes Benz dealerships in the UK that supplied Brabus Mercedes. That facility dispersed when I sold the businesses however, leaving just 2.

I will post more photos of the 300 SL, the Pagoda, and the DB9 when they have uploaded.

Ok, ok. That’s not my S600. Truth of the matter is, that I don’t have any photos of the S600 because my son ran off to Australia 6 months ago with my only digital camera. I only have SLR’s (single lens reflex, not the McLaren Super car) otherwise. I don’t have a camera on my mobile because it is an older Nokia 6210i that is designed to fit into the hands free voice activated kit on Mercs. (Check the UK spec if you don’t believe that…)

The reason for the fake pic is that even I would find it a little hard to believe that somebody who can spend £144,950 on a Mercedes doesn’t have a digital camera. Well I’m sorry, but I’m old and prefer a proper cameras, and real photographs. It is for that reason that I have plenty of paper photographs of my cars. Not only that, but I don’t have a clue how to transfer photos from the digital onto my computer anyway.

The X5, and SL… They are my cars. But those photos were taken by the people who sold me the cars as part of advertisements, and I asked for them to be e-mailed to me purposely to show you.

If you would like to run a Data check on my old business, feel welcome. If you would also like to read my other posts, you will see that I have a knowledge that only an owner could acquire. I don’t NEED you to believe anything, because all I need to do is press the button on my garage remote to tell me what cars I drive. It would be preferable however, because it would make my points and opinions all the more valid.

I didn’t count on somebody being as clever as that, perhaps because I’m not really that computer literate compared to you whiz kids. Hats off to you…

Its not that your illiterate at computers it that you suck as a bs saleman and we are plenty stocked up on those around here. You sir are insecure and I suggest you seek help and also I have some ocean front property here in AZ that I am willing to sell damn cheap. PM me if interested.

I really don't care if you think its "convenient" or not. That is the situation that I am in. What I meant by the SL and the X5, is, that they are shots of the car that my contact sent me, before I drove the 60 miles or so to see them in the metal. If you still refuse to belive that, I can give you the personal phone number of my contact, and you can call him yourself. (I'd only suggest this If you are in the uk however, as it may cost rather a lot otherwise!)

As i said in my previous post (that you made a good job of pulling apart and analysing) I don't mind if you bilieve me of not. My oppinions are still just as informed and worthy as yours.

As for your comment that I need "help", unless you can give me a photo of the phycology degree that you appear to have, I shall ignore that insignificant comment.

I, for one, believe finally_retired owns these Mercedes (if that means anything). Based on some of the things he's mentioned on the Mercedes forums and the way he talks about them I believe he's the real deal.

It is completely possible for a person with money not to own a digital camera. I know my father doesn't own one, and I highly doubt he knows how to upload the photos even he did. And I know for a fact he wouldn't go out and buy one just to show some people on the internet that he owns what he says he does.
