lowering the car a few inches improves both looks and handling. To do that you need new springs and shocks. check out modacar.com, they probably have everything you're looking for and you might get some ideas...

ok, first of all, i joined af to learn about cars, and to learn, you ask questions.. to ask questions you usually have to post something.. then you have to reply to the post. second of all, i give advice that i got from others, educated others. they're not bullshit, they're researched. as for the ricer's comment, maybe that was a little harsh, but what i'm saying is that if you have a little bit of money, don't spend it on things that are; in the end, worthless. save your money and buy something worthwhile.

as for the chrome tip on the stock exhaust.. it's not a stock exhaust. it's some pos that the previous owner put on there.. i'm going to replace it, i just haven't had the time or money.

Why do people dog people who go for looks and not performance? If a person has no desire to race or drive fast at all, why should they spend the money on performance parts, if they don't NEED them? It's kinda like the Z28 and Cobra owners calling us wannabes' or ricers for adding bolt ons to our cars. There is no need for it. Everone does something to their car for a reason.Cuz it's what they like. If someone throws on a muffler and THINKS their car is fast, then I can see the point.
