Also, i believe the guy stated that the conversion would cost around(this is a rough conversion) $32,000 dollars.And that was including the price of the vehicle or the wheels it was sporting.

Did you noticed much positive camber there was on the rear tires, they set it up so it would have beeter traction that way.That car ruled!

The drift king did drive the f20 powered Hachi, just that you stated on touge, when in reality it was on a circuit.Just lettin ya know.Hey if you are gonna buy it, why not buy it from me.I have about 9 best motoring dvds all play on us dvd players i'm looking to get rid of.No scratches and all in original boxes.They have been veiw about 10 times each, i love best motoring.Just selling them cuz i need a lil extra cash.

I don't know exact production figures, but that generation of Trueno/Levin coupe was very popular in Japan and did sell well from what I understand.

Now, as far as the TRD engine is concerned, it's pretty east to get them stateside, just very expensive. The engines are used in the Toyota Atlantic series and I've also seen them find their way into SCCA club cars.

For $100,000, you could own a 1998 Formula Atlantic car with a Hasselgren built TRD 1600cc engine. Take a look here.

I can pretty much garuantee that most of them are spoken for in Japan.Seeing how valueble they are to japanese veteran drifts along with the oyunger crowd.It's not like the U.S were u can find one sitting in someones driveway just rotting to hell until someone lucky fins it and restores it.

I'll tell you this though, people complain about the price of Hachi's over here saying that 3-5g's for a decent condition oneis way too much and a rip off.Well, if they are complaining about this price, try looking in a japanese auto mag that has classifieds.Those damn 83 hachi's go for around 1mill yen, which is roughly around 10 grand

I am with C32 B1 I believe that to be a great N/A engine. Now was that a TOSCO product? It was wasnt it. They were placed in celicas. These celicas were banned from their class because they were too fast so in turn dangerous.

The 152E? Well, you would have to go with a stronger trans and a custom bellhousing. But the engine is just 2 litres so yeah. I have heard of 3SGTE powered MK1 MR2s so i imagine this would fit fine.

i think that 11,000rpm motor is just a heavly tuned 4A-GE. Probably about 10k worth, but who knows i can be wrong
