Re: wut does N\A stand for?

N20 is not forced induction (IMHO) since it is simply another fuel, like alchohol or diesel. N20 just burns a lot fast and has other properties that preoduce more power than gasoline can. For arguements sake, an engine could be developed and tuned to run purely on N20 but needless to say it wouldn't last too long. That said, because "N/A" and "all motor" are very often used interchangably and they both refer to an engine running a common fuel such as gasoline or diesel, i would say that an engine running N20 should not be considered an N/A engine but strictly speaking there is no COMPRESSOR forcing more AIR into the engine. but thats just my opinion (open to revising)

Re: wut does N\A stand for?

Let me make it simple for you fucktards. Naturally Aspirated means when I motor is making power from it's own power.

Let me give you an metaphor if I may, imagine you're walking down the street, and you run into me in a dark alley. I have a leaf blower in my hands and I cram it in your mouh and turn it on, this would be say the equivolent of a turbo, or a supercharger. Now imagine I have an oxygen tank with a hose, and I cram it through your chest directly into your lungs, this would be sort of like n2o. You are being FORCED to consume more air, hence the term forced induction. Ant further discussion about your dumbass theories should be directed to the business end of a shotgun by placing it in your mouth and pulling the trigger.

Nitrous is a different form of forced induction, but it is forced induction. This thread should have died with the very clear first reply. I don't know why people have to overanalyze so much..
