I would have to say that an intake would be the most bang for the buck. Comptech also make a nice intake for our cars, may be kinda expensive but I've heard that it's worth it. And if you really wanted to, you could go to autozone or something and get a cheap ass intake and probably be happy.
I don't think that your gonna get the power increase that your wanting for cheap by any means though. It just doesn't work like that. I wish that it did.
