I would love to get hold of a Protar 1/12th McLaren MP4/2C. I have seen them on Ebay but going for far more money than I'm prepared to pay.

I do have a 1/24th scale version but it's not quite the same

The MPC 86 Monte Carlo SS with the TPI chevs are getting thin on the ground, I can't find em anywhere anymore. Let's not forget of course The millions of Hemi Cuda dragster kits that have a multitude of engine options. I'd also love to lay my hands on a Custom 64 thunderbolt kit.(Last time I saw one it was grabbed immediately)

Just thought of another one that will be available in the not too distant future: the soon to be released 1/24th Fujimi Porsche 917K. I'll take mine in Steve McQueen Gulf blue!

Wouldn't mind another couple of Accurate Miniatures McLaren M8Bs too.

I've thought of another couple of kits.

Johan Shirley Shahan "Drag-On Lady" 1969 AMX. The AMX is my favorite muscle car. Deal with it.
Aurora/Monogram Maserati 3500GT. There's just never enough Maseratis to break up the flood of Ferraris.
Protar 250GTO. I saw one of these kits once, it had metal transfers for everything including the window frames, every panel opened, and the body was quite accurate. Just needed Gunze Sangyo's beautiful photoetched wire wheels to be perfect.
Revell Orange Crate. I missed it when it was reissued and continually get outbid for them. I want two. One to build as the Orange Crate and one to swipe the chopped tudor Deuce body from so I can drop it on an AMT Phaeton chassis.
Revell Tony Nancy 22jr double kit. It was reissued this year and they got bought up in a hurry. I wanted to build it a lot, too.

The only real 'Holy Grail' kit I had, until recently, was Tamiya's 1/12 Honda NXR750 Paris-Dakar bike.
I managed to find one though and received it yesterday.

It would have to be the Fujimi 1/24 Veilside 240SX. The one with 1998 headlights (you know, all slanty), which I've never even seen on e-bay...
If anyone out there has one to sell... it's the one with the black 240SX on the box.

I have three holy grail kits, two I have already thanks to some luck and tenacity.

The first was the Sakatsu F20C motor for the S2000 (I know it's not a kit, per se, but it took some looking to find).

The second was the Tamiya Mazda 787B, which I just won on ebay (it should get here later this week, yay!).

The third is Scale Motorsport Porshe 956 superkit. Though I'm not a super fan of that particular car, that kit looks like wicked fun to build. Its rather easy to find, there's almost always one on ebay, but it's expensive. I just hope I can afford it before it dissappears forever.

I'd rather not see tamiya do the V8 supercars, they seem to forget that cars usually have engines and not just an exhaust pipe moulded to the chassis.

Well if ya want it send me a PM
