Well both my knees crack rather loudly due to some rather sever injuries I sustained years ago. Oh FTO Girl heard them one time and the look. Sorry FTO did not do it on purpose just started to ache so I stretched my leg out.

I can assure you it was as painful as it was loud.

I crack my knuckles, all the joints in the fingers, neck, back, toes, ankles and occasionally my right elbow. The right elbow just makes a real loud crack sometimes. I just crack to loosen up the joints and to relax.

I think I missed a skeletal recall on my body or something, cause not only do I crack most every joint in my body by myself, but I have a chiropractor get the things I can't!

I know, I know! It's irritating as all heck to crack joints, but I'm in pain if I don't release the pressure! Especially my low back and neck. I have TMJ in my jaw (it used to click or even lock every time I opened my mouth! ) Up between my shoulders is where I carry all my stress, so that needs to be adjusted (cracked) weekly. My knees crack from all the years of figure skating. My elbows sometimes crack. My hips crack when I'm skating. My right wrist has permanent damage from skating where if I flail it front to back it cracks most every time. My ankles crack fairly regularly when they aren't giving out... I am in bad shape for having lived less than 2 decades!

My sentiments exactly.

I was a gymnast for a really long time, so all my joints were unhindered in their motion and never really cracked anything except maybe my ankle by accident or my knuckles. Then I quit that and started weightlifting. Boy did my body get confused. I crack my back, my neck, my knees occasionally, my ankles just for fun sometimes... when I walk barefoot at an odd gate on a hard floor, my right ankle pops every 2nd step, and most recently, when I started a little bit of taekwondo, I got used to the "coiled" position your fist makes against your side before you punch, and if I do that on both sides at the same time, I crack both shoulders, my elbows, and my chest. freaky, eh?
