...Ok, so do you guys think I should use it or not. I have a stock exhaust manifold, I'm not getting headers so Im willing to do this. But it sounds risky if it breaks, but then again I dont have some high powered engine, its a D16y8.

Not worth it on a stock D16. IMO, its' not worth it on any car, as it does blacken and eventually burn off after time. Jet hot coating is a much better choice, it works better and it lasts longer.
