No those are not the only OBDII B16's. There was a JDM B16A OBDII in the 96-00 SiR and SiRII. In any case this should've been in the 92+ forum but you got your answers anyway so case closed.

Well here it is. If he wants to get a single cam motor get the d16y8 I think someone correct me if im wrong but I think its probly the strong single cam motor stock wise if hes going to turbo that problem with that though is he wants to keep it a auto where I'm just gunna tell you dont waste your money putting a turbo on a auto civic Its not going to do jack shit for you unless your friend wants to have his foot on the floor alll the time just to get the turbo to spool. Now as for the b16a swap pending on which motor he wants will cost the same as a turbo but the auto to manual switch is whats going to hurt you I honestly dont think he can get that done for any less than a grand. Another problem with the motor swap is I'm not sure that a 95 lx is vtec or not but if its not vtec thats just more problems to add to the story. SO his best bet is probably to trade in the 95 lx and trade for a 95 ex the nice part about doing that is it will be obd 1 which will be better for tuning.

The Z6 or Y8 are both " strong " or good motors to boost but not with an auto tranny for the reason already stated. As far as the ato to manual swap w/ the B16.........It can be done for fairly cheap if done yourself. All you'd have to do is get a complete swap w/ tranny from where ever and get the other crap at a local junkyard. Either way you look at it, yes, trading the car in for a 5-speed Ex or Si would be easier.

And first you don't know me i was just askin what are the body differeences because i want a kit for it then again i want a stock look because around here where i live Greensboro,NC if somebody sees your car and likes it they take your whole style if you come here i bet you see the same exact looking car in about 20 different colors so i just wanted a stock look but it really wouldn't be stock but it wouldn't be worth anyone taking my style you see and realistically i would do but i don't want to be assumed as a poser i just like the way the 99-00 civics look and i mean i'm only 17 so a 15000 dollar car is not exactly in my budget just wanted to be different...
Dude, the "period" key is our friend.
