Ok just so you guys know. Theres not many ppl that swapped in an h22. Atleast not in my area. To be different? How? Just because you're building a stock motor doesn't make you any different from the others.

The ignition system was a very good investment, i dont know what kind of gains it gave me but i did notice a significant differance in the way my car ran. The hotter spark allowed me to be able to burn premuim gas fully, so there is better combustion in the cylinder which equals more power. plus it allows you to set your own rev limiter with the ICM.
As for tuning the stock F22 motor, yea almost everyone put the standard bolt-ons on, but not very many people actually go inside and rebuild the motor, replacing all the internal stuff. People would just rather do a swap than rebuild the F22. And the swap as a way more common thing than you might think with the Accords. |
