Gold or bronze rims on a white car is my favorite combo. That's a really nice MX5.

Whenever I take pictures at night with my lamp as the light source the picures look yellow .

It's looking good, can't tell much about the color of the seats.
Try making the your screen brighter because I can see the difference

thizishkenny, I used Hobbico MasterMask Liquid Masking Film on the lip and then sprayed on the desired color. Once the paint is dry, you can remove the mask with warm water or you can peel it off your fingers (tedious ). I used the same method on the AW-7's on my RX-7.

Octagon, that's a good idea about the engine! Although I've been practicing on old bodies how to open doors, trucks (boots), and hoods (bonnets) but i cant seem to get it right... Maybe next time though!

Finally Painted

The paint I wanted finally came to my Hobby shop, TS-51 Telefonica Blue. I think it turned out pretty good, once I put the decals on, I'll hit it with 2 or 3 coat of clear to seal them in and bring out the shine, from what I've read it seems that it's hard to polish metallic colors.

At first I thought that this color wasnt really metallic, but then I took out into the sunlight

What do you think of the interior/exterior color combo?

Great color combo. The interior, exterior, and wheels all tie in together.

I think the blue in the interior is a little bit to dark for my taste, but do whatever you like it's your model anyway.
Amazing Job, man . Look forward to see 'em finished
