I should have explained the fix better. With everyone's help you determined it was the abs system causing the not stopping problem at slow speed. A mechanic put the machine on the car at it said the left front abs sensor was bad.
Chris gave me the good advice that the sensor could be changed without changing the whole bearing assembly. Well, it worked and everything appears to be fine now. I especially want to thank everyone for their input. Thanks again: Sam
