I put it in and it stoped again so I took it out and it started running when I played with the connection.
I am trying to find a new one now. I have a silver one so I guess I need to go to a dealer and get the adapter and then go to autozone buy the one they have.

I would like to find one at a junk yard but no one has any.

IIRC my 2003 had a silver metal base. But the Autozone blower fit right in.
