86 200sx draw problem

Hi guys ,first post, tommorow we hope to get better diagrams faxed to us from a differnt company. We have a 200sx with a draw,we do know that its feeding power to the fuel pump all the time.According to our diagrams(they suck bad and lead to no where) the ignition relay feeds the fuse that powers the pump ,I dont think this is correct myself but then again barely half of the colours in the diagram are right. If we dissconnect that relay it still makes no differnce ,still draws just over 3.0 amps .If any one here has a clue or a better diagram or any information in this problem could you send me an email please.
Thank you for your time
Bill
