the only things it will do (other than shift faster) is

1. tranny will run a little hotter because...
2. you use up the clutch packs a little faster, they are what control the shifting and if you shift harder, you use them harder, wich creates heat, this will use them up faster, but not too much faster.

if you dont keep the mod, and only use it when you go out to race, you should be fine.

or you could just spring for a tranny cooler, i dont think they run much more than 150$~200$

I am getting into this a little late but I have never seen any of my fellow 240 buddies ever lose to v6 stungs, but then again they are not 400m racing they are downhill racing.

i just needed to know because i think this was burning up my oil too. i'm gonna run the gtech on it tomorrow and see how much i slow down w/o it, otherwise ill plug it back in
