Does TS Laquer Bleed through Tamiya tape?

Does TS laquer spray bleed through tamiya tape if i spray it ? More Specific on windows. I've had a rough time with my hand painting them. I always get it on the outside of the window, even if i mask it off.

If you seal the edges down real well you wont have a problem.
Use a nice soft cotton wool bud and it will help to press the edges down without scratching paint etc
