upper control arms r easy to replace, should take u like 20 mins to do it, unbolt it from the shock tower, take ur wheel off and unbolt the 2 bolts where theres a cover covering the nut for the ball joint, undo the nut for the ball joint, hit the end of the ball joint with a hammer till it comes out then slide the whole assembly down and take off the little thin piece of metal going around on the back side of the control arm where those 2 studs r that go into the shock tower, slide it out, reverse the operation and its in, careful when u tighten the bolts for the ball joint nut cover, just lightly snug em up, i accidentally snapped on off but it still holds.

hope this is helpful, if u want an illustration of it I can go out and take a pic of my old control arms, (yes its been a month or 2 since i did this but hey.. its the first major thing i did... gotta keep some memories eh?)
