I just got my new kit!

I have this kit in my "pile to do" and it is a really good kit.
You will notice the quality of the Tamiya kit and i'm sure with a bit of time and effort you will end up with a kit you will be happy with

One question, what color do you use for leather. Flat/Gloss black doesn't look real enough. I've tried to mix a 2:1 semi-gloss black (X18) to gunmetal (X10), looks better but not a huge improvement.

i used a paint can tihng made by a company called "Humbrol" its Enamel and the color id crap is "85"..............trust me it looks good and it looks basically like leather...........really nice

If I can see it right it is light grey and black..? The combination looks good so far. Maybe it would be possible to take pictures without a big light source behind the model, that would make it more clear.
