Exclamation Just Got New Street M Greddy9 RX-7!!!

I just bought the new Street M Greddy9 RX-7 from Hobby Search. I ordered it on a Monday and got in on Wednesday! That is fast shipping considering I picked the cheapest method possible, and I live in Canada taboot! Anyway, back the model...what are some good color combinations? I was thinking something along the lines of a Candy Blue body with a White, Silver and Blue interior. What do you think?

If you plan to order some models, I highly suggest Hobby Search. The URL is http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/plamo/inde...874&Typ1_c=102

A nice candy Red would look cool with the bonnet done in the black

Do you live in the north pole?
SAL is 2nd class airmail, and when a cargo has a space after 1st class packages are loaded, it gets to the destination as fast as the standard air mail. If not, it still takes 7-10 days to most of the world. Surface mail does take 60 days or so. No matter which online store you use, it's pretty much the same, so maybe HS is quoting wrong.

wow that rx-7 looks really nice. It's a bit crazy, but it's pretty tight. I really hope you do a carbon fiber hood too. That would looks sweet. and one question. About how much is 2,200 yen in US dollars? or about 1700

Nice, didn't know they could move them out so fast!

So, does it still have the R32 floorpan?

I was looking at the assebly guid and parts shots on the site, I noticed that fujimi dosent provide a way to do the RE-Amiya headlight conversion.... that kinda sucks...DAMN FUJIMI!!!!! But i do like the separated hood, good potential to do engine detail, that is if you can locate and engine...

Not only are the headlights missing, but the wheels are a few inches too small as well: the
ones in the kit come from a Lancer Evo kit, whereas the ones on the real thing look like 18in
or maybe even 19in (you can find those wheels in the Tamiya Toyota TS020 kits BTW).

I checked my TS020. Yes indeed, it does have a good looking Enkei, and this is what I needed for another RE Amamiya model. (This happens when I don't put together the kits I've bought.)

I'll definitely scratchbuild what they call "sleek light" and the rear diffuser for the Greddy 9, but that's after I finish the headlights for other FDs.
