what did you use to get the texture on the seats and dash board?

Thank a lot to all

I made this structure by spraying the Mr. Surfacer 1000 by airbrush without thinner. After that i sprayed black colour and then flat clearcote

i wanted to try some weathering. it´s maybe too much, but i like it. it´s not finished yet
