Ford Focus WRC 04, Hasegawa, Roman Kresta

Hello, i started another model
I want to build some rally special and Ford Focus is my favourite one. This car was piloted by Czech pilot Roman Kresta, the decals will be to the spring, I hope
So, there will be lots of modifications, especially in the interior. Here is the floor, which is really bad in this kit. I used the part of interior from tamiya´s focus

Re: Ford Focus WRC 04, Hasegawa, Roman Kresta

I want to make new rollcage with right dimentions, so i had to remake the door panels. I used parts from Tamiya´s focus. But there were a problem... how to fit the dashboard? I remembered, that i have an old focus from Revell (same as Hasegawa) and i made "convertible" this could help me to fit the parts together with much space for my fingers

Re: Ford Focus WRC 04, Hasegawa, Roman Kresta

new wheels and seats has arrived (products of REJI MODEL) and I started to make new, better rollcage. It´s my first scratch-rollcage, so it wouldn´t be perfect, but it would be better than the old one

What material are you using to make the cage? Evergreen 0.080" rod (Item No 212) is perfect match for 1/24 cages. It bends easily and can be glued together with liquid poly.

What's the difference between the Reji wheels and the ones supplied in the kit? I've built Hasegawa's Markko Martin Rally Finland Focus and the front bumper was a nightmare to fix in position as there is very little contact area.
