Pretty much every City is like that, now that the government has cracked down on these things. From what I've seen and researched, I think Florida has taken over. There are "doctor offices" that hand out pain pills like they are fucking lollypops. For real, there are are documentaries on Netflix all about it (really wish I had NetFlix), and Cops shows about it.

Unfortunately I have 2nd hand knowledge, which led to 1st hand knowledge, that Heroin is now a far easier product to get around here, than pain pills. It's far more plentiful, and "easier" to get. "Easier" meaning you have $ and have no problem with going to the worst parts of town, risking getting killed/jacked, or arrested for doing so. It's fucking sad, truly.
Edit: I mean have money, as in have any disposable money. Heroin is by far cheaper than any pill. But people who are semi-intellegent, yet addicts or people not being helped for chronic pain, can't get thier pills rather than something "cut" with who knows what.

I know quite a few people who are hooked on that shit, and especially pills. I personally can't take a 7.5/500 hydrocodone, without doing nothing but drooling for 6 hours in front of my TV (after 2 wisdom teeth pulled, followed by a root canal a week later.) How people take/snort/inject these other Oxycodones or Oxycontins, is an insane/ reality to me. People who are in pain are fucking desperate over the pain pill crack down here, as well as the addicts/ people in pain & addicts. Shit is fucked up. Wish I could talk some sense into quite a few friends and friends of friends out of taking this shit.

On that note, anyone know how to grow poppy seeds in the Northern part of the U.S.? J/K... but seriously
