It must get annoying, people praising your work so much. lol. You do have quite an eye for design.

I do have a little question though. In the process, At what point do you decide that there is enough detail? I notice that you go to such details to make the seats appear to be actually stretched with leather, but then the rear seats and side panels appear to be one piece with no parting line detail at all.

I do not intend to be critical or mean, You obviously know you do excellent work. I just have a problem with not being able to finish works.

Re: Russo Balt Impression 1/5

Thank you all for the kind words.
to rsxse240: That model was made on my previous job. There was a limited time to finish it, thus some parts or details had missed because of lack of time, for example pedals, buttons, parting lines, etc. But even without those parts the main purpose of this model was achieved.

Change the shape of the grille a little bit and it can easily be called a modern day Bugatti, unlike the chunk of "bread" we have today.

Really nice.

You are right. This project had started as modern Bugatti in 2001. At first there was a Bugatti style front grille and a shape of sides. But later we have changed these elements according to the other brand.

That is what I call scratch building! A beautiful model of a stunning concept car. Would you mind sharing a few techniques you used while building it? For example: how did you make the glass on the model?

I like the wheels in this picture:

The glasses was made by using of a standard thermal vacuum forming from 2mm plexiglas, then they was cut, grinded and polished. There was used a thermal vacuum forming machine. For polishing I used an electrical Festool mashine (http://www.festool.com/EN/Products/P...spolierer_1615).
