Works well for me - can even access them at high resolution which is nice. If you don't have a Pro account with Flickr they do limit you to something like 200 images in your Photostream.

It looks like you have it all sorted, but another option you could consider is Google's Picasa website: http://picasaweb.google.com

Aside from the colour/trim changes, I really don't know. Perhaps the mud-flaps, but I think they're just hidden with the angle of the shot.

The window's open, does that count!?

From what I can see the knobs are the same, air-cons the same, steering wheel and instrument gauges the same, windscreen wipers the same, bodywork and wheel arch detail the same.....
