Please help locate a white sedan with possible right front corner damage

Hi!

This may be a little different from the usual requests for help in this forum, but I'd like to ask all collision repair specialists, especially those who may be in the Los Angeles area or nearby areas, to keep an eye out for a white sedan involved in a hit and run accident which critically injured a very nice and humble pedestrian. A blurry picture is all we have to go off of, along with the description from this article (which also contains the phone numbers where you can report the vehicle if you find it):

The car was described as a late 1990's to early 2000 sedan, white, with a sunroof and tinted rear windows. It may have damage to the front right corner.

My friend Roger, who was hit and critically injured, is a writer who spread much joy through many childhoods through the cartoons he wrote and produced.

If any of the car experts here have opinions on what kind of car might be in the picture, that might be helpful, too.

Analysts picking apart the photographic evidence believe that it could be a white 2002 Subaru Impreza 5, a Saab 9-2x, or a similar car.

There is a $1,000 reward. Someone in our group is checking into increasing that.
