Alright here it is. I took my H23 out of my 92 Si and I put a H22 in it from a 97. I used my H23 wiring harness and I purchased a Vtec Subharness and then i also bought a P13 ECU. Here r my problems now. I am throwing 2 codes a 06 which is a coolant sensor (high voltage) and a 22 which is an oil timing valve pressure switch. My car doesnt like to start at all it takes it awhile to start. I have no vtec. my car hits the rev limiter at 5800 and the Vtec is suppose to have like an 8500 redline. also it is real doggy any ideas on what to check or what to do or where to start. please help me out thanks.

Re: Some One please help or send me in the right direction
the oil timing pressure switch probably goes to the vtec witch could be the reason why the vtec doesnt work. so i would check all wires to the vtec and coolant sensor

thats right get a manual that have the wire diagrams for that motor and start chasing lines .. you will think of something .. i have an ideal i dont know if it would work for your swap but i took my B18B out of my integra and installed a b20vtec ..i kept the wiring harness because every thing plugs up execpt no wires for vtec..so i bought a cut piggtail and used the wires from that to run to the vtec pressure swith and oil switch and then i just grounded the ground wire.. just look at a prelude manual ..

oil timing valve pressure switch...k, now vtec stands for variable valve timing and electronic lift control. without oil pressure, you no vtec. so, start there on that. i cant see h23 and h22 harnesses being exactly the same. what are the differences?
