Please help. 94 Ford Escort with a few probs.

Ok, here's the deal. Slammed into a curb, bent the front wheel. Tire guy had tons of rims, but said my Escort has a special lug pattern and that he didn't have one to match. I know it's a 4/100 bolt pattern, 14" rims and the measurement from the outside of one hole to the inside of the next (diagonally) is 4 inches exactly. I've been looking for a tire for awhile on VERY limited funds, and need to know if, say, a Honda or Jetta or any other cars that may have the same specs wheels with the 4/100 bolt pattern, 4 inches measurement and 15" diameter will work, or do I need to find an Escort to pull a wheel off of.

Also, my rear passenger side suspension thingy broke, and I need to know what it's called. There is one for each side, and nearest I can tell it keeps the tires from toeing in and out. It's got a roundish piece that bolts to the undercarriage frame, turns into a rod type piece of metal, and then connects to the tire assembly. I know nothing about cars, but it looks easy enough to fix. I just need to find a new one. Hard to do that when you don't know what it's called.

All help is appreciated. Came at a bad time what with losing my job and getting a new one only to find it starts in a month. VERY VERY broke, and struggling just to eat. With my car I can go find daily labor jobs, but without it, I'm done. Again, all help is appreciated. I'm located in Seattle if anyone knows anybody around here parting out a 94 Ford Escort.
