3 low fan speeds don't work

98 crown vic.

3 low speeds for the fan doesn't work, but the high speed does work. A/C and the heat work fine, but only the high speed on the fan works.

any thoughts?

It's probably a bad HVAC blower motor resistor connector.
I would consider a used one @ your local salvage yard, or www.partsgeek.com
