91 - 92 3.1. T.vin to 93-94 3.1 T.vin lumina

I have a 93 Lumina I am trying to get the info on engine swap. I have a 93 lumina and found 91/92 motors with less mileage and better price, then the 93/94 I have to replace the motor the bottom end is getting loud like a rod bearing. So what I am asking, is there any differences between the 91-92 to 93-94.

When I look up rebuild kits this is what I have found. The rebuild kit is Chevy 3.1L Vin-T 1988-1994 and my vin is (T).

Any salvage yard has interchange info to confirm this swap.

Thanks I looked there first that is where i got the grouping of the years. I thought somebody would have some insight on the differences.

Pretty sure that's a direct swap. The '90-'94 LHO's were all the same. Nothing changed in that time period. They were improved for 1990 with more hp and tq, but stayed the same until the L82 came out in '95.
