Seat belt torx bolt stripped 94 topaz Help

Ive got 94 topaz the lower seat belt buckle torx bolt head is stripped. I am curious on how to get this bolt out. Cause I am in need to remove one from the auto wreckers as well any help tips?.

Can you get a pair of vise grips around the outside of the bolt?

what this guy said if not drill thru it the pull off the remaining chunks
