95 Roadmaster pulley noise
95 Roadmaster, the pulley below the alternator and above the AC compressor. How do I pull it. Constructive comments welcome

That's the power steering pump. You can use a puller designed for some of the CS series alternators an PS pumps to remove that sheave.
Is the sheave damaged? Wobbling? Noisy?

The sheave is in good shape but the bearing is squalling bad and about to go out. The pulley's hub has recesses for a puller. It also appears there are 4-5 bolts behind, and outside of the pulley's diameter. Like it might come off as one unit. If this is power steering pulley I appologies Bowtie. I just have to spend more time with it. And with no info in the manual any help is very much needed. Thanks Again... GT |
