no break pedal
88 GMC s15 2WD 2.8l V6
bought from a guy he replaced rotars & front pads & had no pedal when I got it. I bleed all 4 wheels several times had fluid & no air each time, adjusted rear shoes inspected wheel cylinder, shoes & springs & drums, replaced with a new master cylinder, bench bleed and installed rebleed entire system. check break booster Clarence & tried hard Jab on pedal to reset/open prop. valve. still no pedal. right rear break is only one that kinda works. if it is the prob.valve what should I replace it with, can I use a lower price adjustable if so how to I adjust for safe breaking....no kinks, pinch or leaks |

Re: no break pedal
Make sure the booster rod is securely in its socket. Make sure theres no excessive travel in the brake pedal linkage. You bleed them in order... longest line first?
