92 PA Automatic Leveling System
Is it a bad idea to disconnect the Automatic Leveling System on a 92 PA? If not I would like to disable it because it constantly drains my battery. This is my second PA and I've never had this issue. Every morning I discover the battery is drained and the battery and alternator is good; I've had them checked.
A few instances after parking my vehicle I exited and timed how long the ALS takes to adjust in a level, incline and decline position, while parked on the street, and it was about the same time; I forgot how many minutes. But when I stayed in the car it took longer I believe. How long does that pump suppose to run? Anyway, I would like to disable. Please tell me how. Thanks |

Re: 92 PA Automatic Leveling System
Pull fuse #12 in the fuse panel under the drivers side dash to disable ALC. Evidently, you have a leak in the rear strut bladders. New struts are required to eliminate the leaks.
