Emergency Brake Handle slipping, won't hold
My friend's Emergency Brake is tricky:
It usually doesn't hold, but pops off again. Its as if the 'teeth' somewhere inside were worn, or maybe a ratchet has been rounded. What is the right fix for this? thanks |

Re: Emergency Brake Handle slipping, won't hold
Sounds like the actuator is stripped. The actuator/lever assy will need to be replaced.

I'm sure you could. Shouldn't be too pricy.
