how to change belts 99 neon sohc with ac
anyone here has a good tip on changing both belts on 99 plymouth neon sohc thanks

Removing the upper radiator hose will help with the p/s belt. You will lose some coolant, but not too much if you plug the hose with a towel or something like that. Slightly loosen the 2 adjusting bolts and slide it down to put the new belt on.
As far as the alternator belt, I usually cut the old one off and then slide the new on and turn the crankshaft and slide the belt on while its rotating. Its not too bad, but can take a few tries. It's quicker than loosening all the nuts to adjust and so on.
