Rough Running with 1,3,5 Misfires

I have a 2002 Santa Fe with the V6 that continues to run rough. I have replaced the plugs, wires and the ignition coil pack. The computer codes keep reporting misfires on cylinders 1,3,5. I have a Snap-On solus scanner FYI, if there is any thing that needs to be check with that. Could this be a sensor problem or something else? Help!
