Ok so I eventually gave up and brought it to a shop. They are replacing the Master cylindar and they said something to do with the rear was sticking so they replaced a part back there with the drums sticking. I am waiting to see what they find with the front calipers to see if those are good or bad. I will keep everyone informed.
