I have similar problems with a 94 regal. The turn signals went intermittent for a time. Then they would work with extra pressure. Now they don't work at all. I condemned and replaced the turn signal cam, but no change. The Hazards work fine and 20-30 cycles with the switch made no difference. Other mechanics have condemned the ECM due to non-functional A/C. Could the problems be related or is there something I'm not seeing?
