1993 grand cherokee problems

I have a 1993 grand cherokee with just under 50,000 miles on it. Recently 2 problems have started. One is the info screen has started to blink and does not have correct info showing. I have reset it and it will be ok for a short time and then return to the blinking.The second just started to happen and thats the interior lights stay on all the time.Thank you for any help or ideas.

As for the info center I went to the wrecking yard & got another one. As for the lights have you checked the door switches? Other than that I can't help.

I'm having the same problems with my 93 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Did you find a solution?

As far as the info screen I pulled off both battery terminals and cleaned the battery terminal and the connectors real well and tightened them and so far I have had no further problems with that.The interior lights I feel really dumb. A friend and I installed one of those one piece steering wheel covers and it was so hard to get on that we had to use some motorcycle tire pry bars to get it to go on and we must have hit the slide switch which is under the main headlight switch all the way to the right which is the position the interior lights remain on. Hope your problem is this easy to fix. Now all I have to do is find out where my coolant is leaking from.

Cherokee 1993 message center works some days and other days doesnt turn on same with the temp screen on the roof any ideas?
