Can someone tell me which OBD Code Reader I need for a 1995 Dodge Avenger and where I could buy one....I would appreciate any help you can give me......

Have you tried the key dance?? turn key on/off, on/off, on and watch for blinking check engine light. example: flash pause flash flash = code 12.
