1998 chevy venture epc sensor!!!! transmission

I have a 1998 chevy venture with epc sensor problem, transmission rebuilt 1-1/2 years ago, have not drove since 12-2010. I have receive several quotes all sooo different! I really do not want to get nailed to wall. Tooo many problems with this van, just want to fix to sell! Please help!
