I welcome you dear community I didn't represent for a long time here the works and this time I will show you work which differs from my basic direction of ring motor racing. I did this model of 15 days, and did as a hobby. Simply it is very beautiful car.
Judge strictly, next time I will be stronger. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks for your attention.

Re: Peugeot 307 WRC rally MonteCarlo 2005 from Russia
This is gorgeous! The days with Marcus Gronholm complaining about the car and the laughter he brought was (looking back on it now) a special time.
The thing that made me stand up and take note was how he always had the ability to win stages in the 307 and prove to the rest of the field he could use the car to win despite his open hatred for it. This is a great memorial to that cool time in rally. (im super envious of that amazing shine too!) WRCfan |

Re: Peugeot 307 WRC rally MonteCarlo 2005 from Russia
That's an excellent looking model.
I too like the setting. And I also like the extra details you added like the switches on the center console and the exhaust (to name but a few). Apart from the fact that it wasn't a really a great rally car, it was one of the best looking of it's period in my opinion. And you sure did it justice. Great work. |

![]() Axel, I completely disagree with that ![]() ![]() it's pure conformism declaration firstly sent and provided by ignoring fans (anti Peugeot ?? ) here and there on forums so please Axel don't fall in the trap and report this false truth !!It won in any championship it was involved (czech, hungary, france, Italy...) and all drivers having driven it had said it was the best and easiest WRC to drive !! It indeed wasn't a many successful car in world championship as long as stupid Peugeot headmaster Provera decided to use some fantasist technical choices as a 3/4 gears gearbox (??) all along 2004 but in 2005 the car was very often just behind... a certain Seb Loeb and the xsaras !!! don't forget it either... Ford or Subaru hadn't beaten Loeb and the citroens more than the 307 !! All private drivers having used the 307 since 2006 have been successful in the championship they were engaged. And it still win some events against some more recent Dubaru, Ford or Citroen here and there especially in France championship !! that's not what I call a "not great rally car" ![]()

Re: Peugeot 307 WRC rally MonteCarlo 2005 from Russia
@Phil
I must admit that my opinion of the 307WRC is solely based on the rallies I've seen of the WRC and the fact that Marcus Gronholm was "fed up with this car", as he so mildly put it, after another power steering failure (I think it was). ![]() I do know that it got better after it became a "customer car". But never knew it won so much. That'll teach me and my tunnel vision, I guess. ![]() But, TBH, it's almost impossible to follow the WRC here in the Netherlands, let alone national or european championships (at least on TV that is).

Quote:
the "fed up" story is from 2004 when team made stupid choices as a 4 speeds gearbox... in 2005 the car never retired (if not wrong) except once due to a wrong choice and the main problem was the tires. In 2005 Marcus was second performer of the championship. That's why, that and the fact I'm just a bit a Peugeot fan , I fight against this wrong opinion launched by anti-peugeot fans, probably the same pro-Loeb/citroen ones wanting to see Citroen being the only french WRC contestant.Stupid internal PSA group war... And once more, it won almost all championship it was involved in during its private car years.

Re: Peugeot 307 WRC rally MonteCarlo 2005 from Russia
Friends, thanks for your fine comments to this work. I regret that hasn't turned out dialogue and I have no right to leave this branch without the attention. I very much hurried up at building of this model. It has occupied 15 days. To name ideal it is work in any way it is impossible, but I can tell with full confidence that in mine collections of models it very harmoniously looks though doesn't concern to Le Mans 24 h. In which foreshortening I like to build.
