Re: LF-A transkit

Is this car are you talking about?

Man... I'd be very excited if someone make the LF-A endurance race version

Perhaps Shunko could release decal sheet?

Re: LF-A transkit

Modulo is doing the resin.

And Studio27 are doing the decals for the 24hr Nurburgring version

Just few resin parts, rear wing and supports made of white metal, no etched parts, no tires, wheels just good for the trash can, and all for 160 Euro incl. postage and customs

I'd have to half agree, CGM/Modulo's products have all been a "trans-kit" type of deal. Most of them rely on having a Tamiya Super GT Honda NSX type kit as the base parts.

I currently have 4 CGM/Modulo kits and they all have similar flaws for a small time operation. The resin body is significantly thinner than say a Studio 27 and the body lines seem a bit rough like you'd see from a free-handed/modified piece. The point I really like about them, however, is they do cars/trans-kits that others have not done.

Anyway, I still had one on order a little after the kit was released on Modulo's website some time ago. Sadly, the Modulo kit does not come with the decal set so you'll need to buy the Tamiya LFA/2010 LeMans decal set Modulo sells or you can opt for the Studio 27 decal set coming soon. I opted for the Studio 27 route since I already have an LFA kit waiting.

I'll try and post some pics up after I receive it.
