Car noob needs bumper help

Hello I have a Subaru '98 legacy outback and my front bumper was recently introduced to another car quite rapidly. There is not much damage but the bumper appears to be cracked and the foam inside appears damaged. My question is what do I need to replace (I plan to pick up the spare part at a junkyard, I don't care about color.) and how much will it run me.

I am doing this because I am in New Hampshire and state inspections are coming up and I am worried that my car may not pass.

Here are some pictures of the damage.
I would be most appreciative for any help you can give me.

(Links because the pictures are huge.)
