Motor Mounts or Bobble Strut

'98 DOHC/MTX with 76,00 on ODO and when I am cruising at 25 MPH-35 MPH ion fourth gear and get on and off the throttle quickly the car jerks and lets out a small squeak. I checked the motor mounts and they look and feel good, the bobble strut I can, with a bit of pressure move the cylinder up and down the rod, but have no experience with how much force is required to make the piston move. Anyone? What about the exhaust donut?
