Replace lower ball joint

I have a 2001 Tribute 2.0l, 4wd, manual trans. Does anyone know the procedure to change the front lower ball joints.

looks to be a pressed in b/j
need to drive out & pressed in
auto zone has procedure

The lower ball joint is part of the control arm and can be repalced as a complete unit
