Long trip planned in my 05 Tribute

I just purchased this car about a month ago and am planning a trip from Houston, Texas to Chesapeake, Virginia.....my question is has anyone took a trip this long in this particular car and if so, did you have any problems? I will be traveling alone and am a little sceptical on having any problems. (oh and it has less than 70K miles on it as of today)

Thanks for all your help

Sometimes it's best to rent a car with unlimited miles, and allowed to cross state lines.
Put all the wear + tear on there's instead of yours!

I did look into that and it would cost me more to rent a car with unlimited miles than pay for gas

If it's just one person, it's probably cheaper to fly round trip, bus, or take a train. You can rent a car with good MPG while your in virginia.

Your Mazda tribute should have no problems, but what if?

Did you get the extended warranty insurance when you bought your Tribute?
